1. Method of upwind:
Upper air intake refers to the introduction of fresh air from the top or back of the stove. Usually, there are specialized ventilation openings on the top or back of the stove to introduce fresh air into the combustion area. This air intake method is suitable for places with relatively small kitchen spaces or connected to residential areas. The upper air intake system can quickly exhaust smoke and odors to the top, keeping the kitchen clean and comfortable.

2. Downward air intake method:
Downward air intake refers to the introduction of fresh air from the bottom or feet of the stove. Fresh air can be drawn into the stove through the bottom or foot vents. This air intake method is suitable for environments with large kitchen spaces, where a large amount of fresh air can be drawn in from low places to ensure the normal combustion of flames and the discharge of smoke and exhaust gases.

3. Full air intake method:
Full air intake is a relatively new type of ventilation method, suitable for situations that require efficient ventilation. The full air intake system is equipped with a dedicated ventilation system, which evenly introduces fresh air into the kitchen through fans and ventilation fans, and discharges smoke and exhaust gases. The full air intake method can provide sufficient fresh air supply, making flames more stable while reducing the risk of pollution and odors.
